Robust mental health support fosters workplace wellness

Previously, the bank faced challenges in providing accessible wellness resources to its employees across three states and 19 locations. “We needed a solution that was easy to use and accessible from various locations and devices. The platform’s coverage extends beyond employees to their family members. According to Van Holland, “Several people have mentioned that their family members have used it as well, and they really have been blessed that we have the program available for them.”

Unum Behavioral Health has helped create a more supportive workplace, encouraging employees to share their experiences and stories. “The interesting part when we implemented Unum Behavioral Health was the response we got from our employees. It was like it gave them permission to come and share their stories,” said Van Holland.
