About the process
The form may be used to request an accommodation during the hiring process from application to interview. We strive to complete the process within 10 business days or less.
1. Submit a request
Use this form to submit your request. Please request an accommodation only for the stage of the selection process you are currently in. For example, wait until you’ve been contacted about an interview before requesting accommodations for an interview. This will help us make sure you get the support you need.
2. Form received
After we receive your form, we’ll send it to our support team.
3. Case sent to experts
The case then goes to our HR Leave and Disability Consultants (LDCs).
4. We'll notify you
The HR LDC will review your request and contact you within a few business days. Please note that LDCs are not involved in the hiring process and will not have updates regarding your application or status.
5. Review your request
We’ll work with you to understand your needs and try to find a solution.
6. Get a decision
You’ll receive the final decision on your accommodation.
7. Implement the decision
Based on decision, your accommodation will be implemented into your selection process.
