Our experts can develop lost-time management and productivity programs for your clients on a fee-for-service basis.

We provide employers access to a regularly updated online library of HR compliance and benefits information, including federal and state employment laws.

Work-life balance employee assistance program (EAP)

This service helps employees with issues from finding day care to developing a budget. It also provides guidance for management teams on employee productivity, performance planning and retention. It's included with group Long Term Disability and is available with group Life Insurance.

Life planning resources

When a loved one dies or is terminally ill, survivors can get personal, customized financial and legal support from highly trained counselors. Resources also include information about estate settlement, Social Security, taxes and investment planning. This service is included with all group life plans.

Worldwide emergency travel assistance

When traveling, one phone call can connect employees and their family members to medical, legal and other services 24/7. It's available with group Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurance.

Health Resource Connects

Benefit specialists are available to educate employees with a disability about their company's health management program and connect them with the appropriate resources. This service is available on a fee-for-service basis to Short Term Disability customers with 2,000+ employees.

HRAnswersNow® and BenefitsAnswersNow™ are provided by CCH. Work-life balance employee assistance program services and Life Planning Financial & Legal Resources services are provided by LifeWorks. Worldwide emergency travel assistance services are provided by Assist America, Inc. Services are available with select Unum insurance offerings.
