Simon Camaj leads two of Mercer’s key specialty practices with over 250 resources focused on developing and driving solutions to help employers offer more effective and strategic Life, Absence and Disability (LAD) and Voluntary Benefits programs. He is also responsible for Mercer’s LAD and Voluntary Centers of Excellence, which were formed to improve efficiency and gain better purchasing leverage.

Over the course of his career, Simon has developed extensive industry and product knowledge as well as business-to-business and consumer insights. He has more than 20 years of industry experience in absence management, operations, account service delivery and distribution leadership. Prior to joining Mercer, he led a team of sales professionals focused on growing Aetna’s National Accounts Group Insurance. Simon lives in the Chicago area and has completed nine marathons (and counting) for two charities: Cancer-Free KIDS and The Children’s Tumor Foundation.

Prior to joining SYKES, Tim worked in HR benefits roles with organizations such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Aon & WellCare Health Plans.

She is an acclaimed national speaker on leave management issues including FMLA and ADA, and is a certified trainer for SHRM and CE credit.
