Executive Vice President, Group Benefits, Unum
Chris Pyne was named Executive Vice President, Group Benefits, of Unum Group in February 2020. In this role, Chris leads the company’s U.S. group benefits business lines across all segments and is also responsible for Unum’s U.S. distribution organization. In 2024, his scope was expanded to include the marketing organization led by the Chief Experience Officer who will strengthen Unum’s organizational focus on driving differentiated value for customers.
Director of Product Strategy, Total Rewards & Wellbeing, Workday
Patrick Dodge has 20 years of human capital, technology and strategy experiences. In HR, he’s had roles in HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Relocation Services, Drug Testing and Background Checking, Compensation and Mergers and Acquisition. He’s held senior strategy roles and consulting firms as well as worked as product manager for multiple crowdsourcing application development start-ups. He holds a BBA from The George Washington University Business School.
Area Vice President, Medium Enterprise Business for the US, Workday
Scott Morris is the Area Vice President of Workday’s Medium Enterprise Business for the US. He joined Workday in 2012 when the customer count was 275. Scott has held a variety of roles, including working with Workday’s Fortune 500 customer community and helping bring Prism Analytics and Workday Adaptive Planning to market.
